Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AuraX VPN service ("Service"), operated by S P LUMINOUS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, Dubai Investments Park – Dubai, 15804 64561, Schon Business Park, Office 350-051. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

AuraX provides a VPN (Virtual Private Network) subscription service. The Service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to help protect your privacy on public and private networks. The Service is a legitimate software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering for secure, encrypted connectivity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Access

Access is granted after subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs through it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Payment and Refunds

Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record and authorised reseller). Your payment will appear as "Paddle" on your bank or card statement. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and these AuraX Terms. We do not store your full payment card details; Paddle handles payment processing and related customer service.

  • We offer monthly plans (1, 2, or 4 devices at the stated prices). You pay for the chosen plan; access is for 30 days. To continue after that, purchase again.
  • Refunds: See our Refund Policy. EU/EEA consumers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Paddle handles all refund requests.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Plans are prepaid for 30 days. There is no automatic renewal — you pay once per period. If you need to cancel a subscription or request a refund, use the link in your purchase receipt (from Paddle) or contact Paddle support. For assistance from us: support@aurax-services.online. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing
  • Engage in unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Conduct activities that harm or abuse other users or the Service

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take action including suspension or termination of access, and reporting to authorities when appropriate.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not responsible for content accessed through the Service or for third-party actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing to use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Refunds are handled by Paddle per our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai. EU/EEA consumers retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, unless your local law requires otherwise.
