Refund Policy

AuraX ("we", "our", "us") is operated by S P LUMINOUS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, Dubai Investments Park – Dubai, 15804 64561, Schon Business Park, Office 350-051. This Refund Policy explains your refund rights for our VPN service.

1. 30-Day Full Refund

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You may request a refund for any reason within this period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2. EU/EEA Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in addition to our 30-day refund policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles all refund requests. You may request a refund via the link in your purchase receipt or through Paddle's support. For assistance from us, email support@aurax-services.online.

To cancel or get a refund: Plans are prepaid monthly; there is no automatic renewal. To avoid future charges, do not purchase again. To request a refund or cancel, use the link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle support. See Help & FAQ for how to cancel.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
